We have been very pleased with the architect services of Marty Buckenmeyer. We initially interviewed three architectural firms and chose Marty because he quickly grasped what we were interested in, made excellent suggestions that we would never have thought of, and made us feel that we were exploring things together. He came up with a design which matches the 1953 era house in such a way that most visitors don't know that we significantly added and upgraded space. He was particularly reliable in working through several site and structural challenges. If you are looking for an architect who combines artistry, economy, and function - he is the one.
